Welcome to the Guide to Gender Volunteering of the Federation of Progressive Women.

 Thank you for consulting this new communication tool, which is funded by the Ministry of Health, Social Policy and Equality. It's purpose is to be an open window and an information tool for those who are interested in volunteering in our organization, as well as for professionals from non-profits or businesses committed to Social Responsibility.

 Our objective is to promote the importance and the value of volunteers, at the same time that we offer a large selection of training activities at the FPW that are  based on the awareness of equality.

In addition to strengthening volunteerism in its most classic form, we have introduced new forms of participation such as Corporate Volunteering with companies committed to Social Responsibility.

We know that training is a powerful tool to transmit values and for this reason, we offer courses in volunteering, gender, equal oportunities, social abilities, self-care, etc.   All of these are directed at persons and social entities that wish to get trained in volunteering issues at no cost.

We hope that the FPW's Guide to Gender Volunteering can be an effective reference tool.  That it is fast and effective with permanent information about the volunteering action of our entity.
