DECLARE:

1. That both parties are in agreement with the signing of this contract.
2. That they acknowledge and accept the internal regulations of the Federation of progressive Woman, as well as that of the Charter of Rights and Duties of a Volunteer.
3. That both parties recognize the current commitment as a necessary means for greater achievement.
4. That the commitment enhances the sense of a responsible voluntary activity.
5. That the volunteer has competed the basic training necessary for the activity that they have been assigned.
6. That the volunteer has been informed and understands the activity that they must complete.
7. That the volunteer also selected the activity that has been offered to the volunteer by the Federation of progressive Women.
8. That the task of completing one activity does not hinder the volunteer from working on other similar activities, should the volunteer wish to do so.

AGREE:

1) That Mr./Ms                                  , agrees  to complete their voluntary activity   dedicated to                            from                            to                     , with a commitment to      weekly hours.

2) In the event that the volunteer cannot complete their task, he/she will notify the FMP with enough time to reassign the activity. (At least 12 hours in advance).

3) That the FMP will notify the volunteer of this fact with enough _________ (at least 12 hours in advance).

4) That at the request of the volunteer, the Head of Department relating to said activity, or the beneficiary, if there is one, may review the activity.  In the event of this, the volunteer will be offered a new activity within the period of one month, causing the termination of this agreement and requiring the signing of a new one.

5) That the volunteer signs this agreement for volunteer activity acknowledging and agreeing that, if within a period of 45 consecutive days, he/she leaves their position as a volunteer for the FMP, a previous notice in writing is required.  In the case of no response from the volunteer within a period of 15 days, he/she shall waive his/her status as a volunteer, which will take effect on the date of the 15^th day.

And as proof of the commitment outlined above, this document is signed in Madrid
