what does it entail? 

The Federation of Progressive Women (FPW) provides citizens the opportunity to Volunteer in its different areas: Employment, Gender Violence, Immigration, Equality, Sexist Language, New Technologies…being present, at the site, or thru Online Volunteering from their home address.

Being a On-site volunteer means nothing more than the work that is done from the site of organization, in this case the various centers of the FPM in Madrid, where it has its state headquarters, as well as in its various Autonomies Federations that make it up.

The volunteer comes to the center … days a week, at times at which the volunteer has committed  to attend for the work they have chosen from those that are offered, and that in any case, aim to improve the quality of life of the most disadvantaged persons.
