ACTION LInes
The main action lines of the Federation of Progressive Women represent:
- To have a significant impact on the political agenda making progress toward gender equality, sensitizing public opinion, so they support and are aware of FPM’s work toward equality.
- Develop framework projects aimed at transforming social, cultural and economic realities, that allow the elimination of labor discrimination against women, and access to positions of responsibility and decision making, and the end of inequality and gender violence.
- Guiding the activities of the FPM toward personal autonomy of all women and to work specifically in favor of the most disadvantaged or who are at risk of social exclusion, among which are primarily immigrant women.
- Provide the highest quality to our actions, services and management, adapting them to the needs and satisfaction of our users.
- Developing the association movement, networking and cooperation with other stakeholders to build a favorable environment for gender equality
- Build an organizational model that takes into account gender values and perspective, that facilitate development of strategies for the FPM.
